Helping individuals and families in Hickory and beyond build lives that feel more grounded, intentional, and hopeful.
At Surreal Hope Wellness, I provide one-on-one life coaching and wellness coaching in Hickory, North Carolina and virtually over Zoom. Together, we strengthen everyday life through practical life skills, emotional wellness support, healthy habits, and thoughtful guidance during life transitions.
My heart for this work is rooted in both real-life experience and professional training. I am a Certified Life Coach, hold a Bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies, and have a strong background in behavior management, which shapes how I help people break unhelpful patterns and create meaningful change.
As a wife of 22 years, mom of three, and graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I understand that growth is not just about trying harder. Sustainable change comes from emotional awareness, practical structure, and intentional action in daily life.
I created Surreal Hope Wellness to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and living it out consistently. My coaching is supportive, practical, and grounded. It is designed for personal growth and life skills, and is not therapy or crisis support. Learn more about coaching areas, coaching options, and how to book your free consultation.
I believe meaningful, sustainable change happens when we combine:
Understanding stress, emotions, behavior patterns, and what may be keeping us stuck.
Building routines, systems, and supports that make daily life more manageable and consistent.
Taking realistic, aligned steps toward the life we want, one decision at a time.
Surreal Hope Wellness provides one-on-one life coaching and wellness coaching in Hickory, North Carolina and virtually over Zoom. Every service includes integrated stress and coping support, with focused guidance in the following areas:
Build practical structure, follow-through, organization, and confidence in everyday responsibilities at home, work, and in family life.
Learn to calm the nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and respond with more intention so daily life feels steadier and more fulfilling.
Develop healthy habits and sustainable routines around coping, nutrition, movement, and self-care for lasting wellness.
Strengthen boundaries, emotional awareness, and healthier interaction patterns in family, personal, and everyday relationships.
Navigate role changes, launching children, personal identity shifts, and new seasons of life with clarity, confidence, and stability.
Because life can feel overwhelming at times, but that does not mean we are stuck.
Together, we can break unhelpful patterns, build stronger daily routines, increase emotional awareness and regulation, create more peace and structure at home, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My work is deeply influenced by both my education and lived experience.
With a background in Marriage and Family Studies and behavior management, I have spent years understanding how family systems, habits, and patterns shape the way we live and relate.
As a mom, I have walked through the process of raising children, supporting their growth, and preparing them for independence, while also learning how to build healthier patterns across generations.
Currently, as a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I continue to deepen my understanding of emotional health, development, and evidence-based approaches.
I care deeply about helping people not just understand growth, but actually live it in their everyday lives.
Hope is not just a feeling.
Sometimes hope is a system.
Sometimes hope is a skill.
Sometimes hope is choosing one healthy step at a time.
